Shipping Policy

All prices stated in this website are in Singapore dollars (S$).

Dancewear Favourites ships FREE within Singapore.

Shipping for international orders is charged based on the destination country using Singapore Post SpeedPost Worldwide (Air Parcel), and will be charged separately to customers. A special stock code will be created for the shipping charges for the purchase, and customers will be contacted via email with the shipping charges and corresponding stock code. Customers are to visit our website to make a payment for this shipping charge. We will hold the stocks that are pending payment of shipping charges, but we do not guarantee stock availability should the payment take more than 3 days to be made.

Important note for both local and international customers:

Customers are to ensure that valid postal address, telephone number and email address are provided. Telephone number and email address are necessary in case we need to contact you regarding your order. A valid postal address ensures your order is delivered to you. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. We are not responsible for lost packages where invalid addresses have been provided, neither are we responsible to resend merchandise to replace lost packages as a result of invalid addresses provided. Postage is chargeable for resending packages that are returned to us as a result of invalid addresses provided by customers.
